The ducks in this dress are actually based on real living ducks. I just got word in. The ducks are now all dead. They lived happy lives, but were based on photos of real ducks taken in 1988. 

DETAILS:

-back slit

-double layer custom print mesh - worst ducks on top and "nightmare stains" print by cayatana conrad (my mom) underneath. Creates a weird but beautiful abstract textile
